6. Types of SMS Communications: 

If you consent to receive SMS messages from North Psychology Clinic, you agree to messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, links to virtual appointments, and documentation or account completion reminders from us. 

Example: Hello. We are confirming the change in your appointment with [Provider first name] from [date/time] to [date/time]. We look forward to seeing you then! Reply HELP for assistance or visit our website to see our privacy policy and terms of conditions. Reply STOP to opt-out of receiving SMS messages from NPC. Message and data rates may apply. 

7. Message Frequency: 

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. Most clients opt to receive 2 reminder texts for appointments. Scheduling/rescheduling of appointments, inquiries about the need for documents or insurance/billing information may increase the frequency of messages. 

8. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: 

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier. Users are encouraged to contact their respective carriers for any possible associated fees. 

9. Opting-In: 

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from North Psychology Clinic by completing our SMS Opt-In form at registration or online through our website https://www.northpsychology.com.  

10. Opting-Out: 

You will be able to opt-out of SMS messaging by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.  Once opted out, you will no longer receive further SMS communication. You may opt back in to SMS messaging at any time.
